This custom-built shipping container offers a practical living space for workers at farms.

The building itself is a 40ft New Build HC Shipping Container, providing room for a functional interior. To ensure a visually appealing exterior, we use premium (2 Pack) Paint, which not only adds a touch of style but also enhances the container's durability and weather resistance.

Inside, we pused 50mm Bondor EPS Panelling for insulation. This insulation helps maintain a comfortable temperature, making it suitable for various weather conditions.

The container is equipped with four Personal Access Doors (PA), each measuring 2100mm (H) x 820mm (W). These doors provide easy and convenient access to the living space, ensuring a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor areas.

For natural light and ventilation, we have included four Sliding Glass Windows with Fly Screens. These windows measure 900mm (W) x 1200mm (H) and not only brighten the interior but also allow for airflow while keeping insects out.

The flooring is covered with Commercial Vinyl Flat Lay, offering a durable and easy-to-maintain surface that can withstand the demands of farm life.

To ensure optimal comfort, we have installed four 2.6KW Split System air conditioning units, each housed in a recessed box. This allows for efficient cooling or heating of the living space, ensuring a pleasant environment throughout the year.
